LinkXray uses artificial intelligence to generate analyses, recommendations, summaries, evaluations, and other content. AI-generated results are provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for business, legal, financial, or commercial decisions. You are responsible for reviewing and validating AI-generated outputs before acting on them.
You agree not to use LinkXray for unlawful or fraudulent activities; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other users’ accounts; interfere with the operation or security of the platform; reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the platform except as permitted by law or with our written permission; or use the platform to violate the privacy or legal rights of others.
LinkXray, including its software, design, branding, AI workflows, and proprietary technology, is owned by LinkXray or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you ownership of the platform or its underlying technology. You retain ownership of content you submit to the platform and grant LinkXray a limited license to use that content as necessary to provide and improve the service.
LinkXray integrates with third-party providers, including authentication providers, AI services, CRM platforms, and business data providers. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of third-party services. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.
LinkXray is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinkXray and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim relating to the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to LinkXray during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or if continued access would expose LinkXray or other users to legal or security risks. You may stop using LinkXray at any time.
Your use of LinkXray is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, process, and share information.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Netherlands.
